John Engerman, his assistant Linda and right hand man Derek were there for us every step of the process. They basically walked us through everything from beginning to end. Although we were residing in the Chicago area throughout the process, they kept in constant contact with us, responded promptly to any questions we had, and kept us completely in the loop regarding everything that was being done. Linda was always very helpful and informative on really a daily basis. The quality of the work was absolutely top notch, and the company’s experience in building high quality and luxurious homes in the Lake Geneva area was always readily apparent. We had John Engerman build our family lake home in Lake Geneva. We loved working with John and his team. John is a visionary and is very passionate about building beautiful homes. Linda was so patient, organized and knowledgeable. She walked us through every detail and kept us from getting overwhelmed. They were very responsive to our personal requests and input, and they always had great ideas and input. Knowing that we didn’t want to lose two summers with the family at the lake, John told us that he would have the house built in a year. He tore down the old house the day after Labor Day and our home was finished the following Labor Day, even though we added quite a bit of additional work midstream.
